Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before confirming your booking
1. Package Inclusions
Package pricing covers dessert stands, props, cutleries, and full setup. Packages B, C, and D include a table cover, flower decoration, and professional on-site styling. Package A is a stand and prop rental service only — a standard, non-customisable decorative arrangement is provided as-is, without bespoke styling.
2. Service Scope
Our team will attend the venue twice — once before the event to complete the setup, and once after the event to clear and collect all items. Guest serving is not included in our service.
3. Dessert Serving Policy
Desserts are served on a one-time basis only. There is no refill or top-up service. Quantity is estimated at approximately 2–3 pieces per guest.
4. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. Your event date will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.
5. Full Payment
The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event date. The booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Date Rescheduling
Requests to change the event date are subject to our team's availability. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but cannot guarantee availability on alternative dates.
8. Care of Decor Items
All decoration and rental items must be maintained in good condition throughout the event. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to items during the rental period.
9. Table Provision
A standard table measuring 180cm × 70cm is provided as part of Packages B, C, and D. Clients choosing Package A (decor rental only) are responsible for providing their own table.
10. Setup Environment
Indoor setup is strongly recommended. Outdoor setups are subject to weather and temperature conditions, which may affect the quality of the desserts and decor. Dessert Vibes Studio is not liable for deterioration caused by outdoor environmental factors.
11. Transportation
Package pricing includes transportation to Sepang, Kota Warisan, Dengkil, Cyberjaya, and Putrajaya. Delivery to locations beyond these areas is available at an additional charge, calculated based on distance (per km).
12. Refundable Decor Deposit
An additional RM50 refundable deposit is collected alongside every package to cover the decor and rental items. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe return of all items in their original condition.
