Terms & Conditions
Important booking and payment information
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of RM100 is required to secure your event date. Your date will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit.
Full Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 1 day before your event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Refundable Decor Deposit
An additional RM100 refundable deposit is collected with each package to cover the decor and rental items. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe return of all items in their original condition.
Cancellation Policy
The booking deposit of RM100 is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original event date.
